DUROFIX Pro-Assembly Series

DUROFIX transducerized tools measure torque at the output with a built-in transducer, giving real-time results for safety-critical joints. An OLED display shows achieved torque, angle and batch count, and LED and buzzer signals confirm OK or NG status at shut-off. Two-way wireless communication links the tool to a PLC or PC for data collection.

The RV2052 and RV2054 pistols cover 0.4–24 Nm, and the RV2053 inline nutrunner reaches 120 Nm on a 1/2 in. square drive. The RV2053 and RV2054 also use the Electronic Pulse System to reduce reaction force. All run on a 20V platform.

DUROFIX clutch tools use a mechanical clutch that disengages the drive at the preset torque, combined with automatic motor shut-off and LED and buzzer confirmation of each joint. Both families include two-way wireless communication for connection to a PLC or PC.

The RV2048 pistol covers 0.5–12 Nm in three ranges on a 1/4 in. hex drive, with color rings to identify each range. The RV2047 90° angle nutrunner reaches 3–90 Nm in tight spaces on 3/8 in. or 1/2 in. square drives. Both are rated Cmk ≥ 1.67 at ±10%, and the catalog lists the RV2048 as ISO 5393 certified.

DUROFIX pulse tools deliver torque in pulses rather than one continuous drive, which lowers the reaction force the operator has to resist. The RZ2013 oil pulse pistol uses a hydraulic pulse unit for 12–50 Nm at up to 6,000 rpm, with automatic shut-off, OK/NG signaling and wireless connectivity.

For heavier joints, the RI20130 mechanical pulse tool offers 40 torque stages from 80 to 400 Nm on a 1/2 in. square drive, with seven flush levels to suit soft through hard joints. All models run on 20V batteries and brushless motors.

DUROFIX impact wrenches pair a hammer-and-anvil mechanism with patented Electronic Torque Control or auto shut-off, which stops the tool when the selected torque stage is reached. On the RI20126, a display shows the torque stage and error messages, and LED and buzzer signals confirm joint status.

The 20V RI20126 offers 50 preset stages on a 1/2 in. square drive for M10–M16 work. The 20V RI2036 jumbo covers up to 700 Nm controlled torque with 1,100 Nm reverse. The 60V RI60164A4-6 moves to a 3/4 in. drive with 46 stages from 100 to 1,000 Nm and 2,175 Nm reverse torque.

The DUROFIX RV20108 is a 20V brushless blind rivet tool for aluminum, steel and stainless steel rivets from 3.2 to 6.4 mm, with up to 20,000 N of setting force. It completes a full setting cycle with one trigger press and auto-reverse, and an integrated mandrel collector keeps spent mandrels off the floor.

The Pro-Assembly catalog also lists the RV20104 riveting tool (15,000 N) and the RV20103 and RV20105 rivet nut tools for threaded inserts, which use electronic torque and speed control.
