Torque Ninja Technologies, LLC (“Torque Ninja,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates torqueninja.com. We collect the information you choose to give us, for example when you request information, use the Tool Finder, download a catalog or spec sheet, contact us by email or phone, or place an order. This may include your name, company, job title, email address, phone number, industry, details about your application, and the contents of your message.

Orders. When you order through Order Online, we collect the billing and shipping details needed to fulfill your order, and, if you claim a sales tax exemption, your exemption details. Card payments are handled by our payment processor; we do not see or store your full card number.

Information collected automatically. When you visit our site, technical information is collected automatically, including your IP address (which may be used to estimate general location), browser type, device and operating system, pages viewed, time spent on pages, referring and exit pages, and interactions such as searches, downloads and form submissions.

Google Analytics

Google Analytics is the only analytics or tracking service on this site. We do not use advertising pixels, remarketing or cross-site advertising cookies.

We rely on a few service providers to run this site: our website host, our email provider, our payment processor for online orders, and Cloudflare Turnstile, which helps keep spam and automated abuse out of our forms and login. These providers process information only to provide their services to us.

Embedded Content from Other Websites

Pages on this site may include embedded content, such as product videos from YouTube. Our videos load from YouTube only when you press play. Once loaded, embedded content behaves as if you had visited the source website directly, and that site may collect data about you and set its own cookies.

Data Retention and Security

We keep inquiry and order records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations. We use reasonable security measures to protect the information collected through this site.
